High Speed Railway Existing Research Scheme Of Railway Hub-Beijing Shenyang High Speed Railway Dedicated Line Connecting The Tongliao Hub As An Example

Railway is an important infrastructure and livelihood project, which is aresource-saving and environment-friendly mode of transport. With the developmentof Chinese economy and society, the demand for rail transport is also rising. As animportant component, the importance of construction of passenger railway transportis also growing. Passenger transport and freight transport can be separated, whichcan make a great release for capacity of existing railway line, and new lines willmeet the demands of passenger’s high speed and comfort demand, which hassignificant social and economic benefits.That is China and the world’s trend of railtransport.Tongliao junction is an important traffic hub in Northeast China, which playsan important role in distributing the bounty and staging several railway linesconnecting resources.Tongliao railway junction has common construction problemsin the past, leading to poor coordination and bad passenger transport organization.As Beijing-Shenyang high-speed passenger railway line in construction, this paperuses the opportunity of leading passenger dedicated line into joint terminal buildingand rebuilding of existing facilities, making it produce better economic and socialeffectiveness.This paper first introduces the basic theory of construction project economicevaluation.With a full analysis on the financial evaluation and national economicevaluation of the construction, the paper concludes that construction of theBeijing-Shenyang passenger dedicated line leading into Tongliao junction has realvalue. Then,paper operations management theory for based and analyzes on existingcapacity, passengerand field station scale, introducing project of necessity and value; through comparing with existing line and other traffic style, verifiesthe superiority ofthis program; though new Beijing Shenyang high-speed passenger railway lineproposes hub and station field of construction transformation program and dissertsintroducing line and supporting facilities of different case for comparing andselecting. Finally, estimate construction volume and propose the prediction.
