Superconducting phenomenon is one of the most important discoveries in physics in the 20th century, because of its great significance in science and technology, since after the discovery it has been research hotspot of physics.Experiment and theoretical research of superconductor attracte many physicists, and gain a lot of important achievements. Because of the excellent superconductivity compared with common materials, superconducting materials gain the favour of people more in application. Since high-temperature superconductors (HTS) for development, people do a lot of research work to find its practical application. High temperature-superconductors can be widely used in energy, transportation, medical, information, national defense, science research and engineering aspects of national defense, etc.This paper introduces a kind of new driving mode, the mode completely uses HTS, similar coaxial electromagnetic driving mode, essentially belongs to the linear motor. But, because the new mode uses the characteristics of high-temperature superconductors, it has more novel advantages.This paper introduces the current situation of coaxial electromagnetic propulsion technology, and then introduces the characteristics and research progress of HTS, clarifying the research background and significance of this topic. Because this new model is developed on the basis of the traditional coaxial electromagnetic propulsion, but the key techniques are different, this paper also introduces emphatically the principle and key technology of traditional coaxial electromagnetic propulsion system. This paper, firstly, from the Angle of physics introduces in detail the realization of the new model, and simulates the dynamic running progress of the system by use of finite element software Ansoft to verify the theoretical mechanism and performance of this model. Research shows that this model used full of the characteristic of high-temperature superconductors has more significant advantages compared with the traditional ones.
