The maximum operating speed of the wheel-rail train and maglev train is581km/h, the speed of ETT concept car can reach600km/h. The United States Sandy National Laboratory used a reconnection electromagnetic launch technology to emit a5kg plate projectile, the speed of the projectile can reach335m/s.In the late90, Research Institute of Fluid Physics in Southwest China used three stages of reconnection electromagnetic launch device to emit a lkg cylindrical projectile, the speed of the projectile can reach100m/s. There is no burning, no contact in RCEML (Reconnection electromagnetic launch), the axial force of RCEML is great, its projectile flights stably, RCEML is expected to used in transportation field.First of all, the capacitor energy storage type reconnection launch was chosen as the research object, according to the virtual work method the equations of motion was derived, got inductance gradient equation and current equation through the measurement and calculation, obtained the curves of displacement and velocity by using MATLAB, completed the numerical modeling of reconnection electromagnetic launch.Secondly, this thesis established a dynamic model of electromagnetic fields of RCEML by using ANSOFT, analyzed effect of the circuit parameters and the model structure of reconnection launch, considered the resistance of the line, gap between aluminum plate and coil, thickness of aluminum plate and the plate location. For the model that the resistance is smaller, the gap is smaller, and the inductance gradient is bigger the velocity of aluminum plate is faster. Aiming at the reverse force during launch a detailed research and analysis was made, the reverse force decreases with the decrease in forward thrust.Then, in the study of loss and efficiency of reconnection launch system, stage15, stage120and multi-stage reconnection launch were analyzed. If series are low, improve initial velocity态series and quality of projectile helps to improve efficiency, if series are high, the efficiency decreases with increase of series. When launch series are low the efficiency is low because the force distance is not enough, when launch series are too high the efficiency is low because the stress time is insufficient, if the emission stress time and distance are sufficient, RCEML can achieve high-speed and efficient target.At last, a measuring and control strategy with DSP2812was designed to establish a set of capacitor energy storage type reconnection launch experimental system by using the photoelectric encoder and PWM pulse. The experimental results and the simulation results are consistent. The voltage of pulse capacitor was charged up to1150V, the discharge time is about2ms, the peak value of current is5242A,the speed of aluminum plate rotation can reach15r/min.
