With the rapid development of railway transportation in current international and domestic situation, the locomotive speed keeps on increasing, and the drive system suspension style of locomotive gradually changes from axle suspension to frame suspension. If the structural parameters of drive system are unreasonable, it could easily leads to high-speed motor-car drive system vibration buckling, affecting the adhesion characteristics of high-speed motor-car. Therefore, the research of the torsional vibration of motor-car drive system and the effect of traction motor electrical characteristics on the motor-car drive system stick-slip vibration, can greatly help to select the appropriate structural parameters, and improve the dynamic performance of drive system and traction capacity of motor-cars.This dissertation analyzes structure of the second-order elastic wheelset hollow-axis drive system and motor hollow-axis drive system, and establishs the mechanical torsional vibration simplified models, and then establishs the mechanical vibration equations. On this basis, calculates the free vibration natural frequency, the adhesive vibration natural frequency. By changing the structure parameters of drive system, including the moment of inertia of the components, torsional stiffness and damping, transmission ratio and then on, this dissertation researches the effect to the free vibration natural frequency, the adhesive vibration natural frequency and the stability of frictional vibration. Chooses a low wheel-rail adhesion coefficient, and to assume that the locomotive traction is close to the maximum of the adhesive force, the adhesion coefficient droppes abruptly, and then recover, causing the torsional vibration of the drive system, summarizes the changing law, which providing an important reference for selecting appropriate structural parameters.AC asynchronous motor is a complex, nonlinear, multi-variable, strong coupling controlled object. Basing on the AC asynchronous motor is more and more widely used in the field of locomotive traction, this dissertation makes a preliminary study to the simulation and of the AC asynchronous motor, laying a good foundation for further analysis for simulation of AC asynchronous motor coupling to locomotive mechanical drive system.
