With the development of national economic development and the technology of bridge design and construction, the state built more and more bridges in the mountains and rivers. After the implementation of "Western Development" and the "4 trillion National Investment economy Plan", the western region begun the massive contruction of rail and highway. Because of the geographical landscape in the western region, there are a large number of bridges across the valley using oblique way.Finite volume method, also known as control volume integral method, was gradually developed from the sixties and seventies of the 20th century as a major method for solving fluid flow problem and numerical calculation. With the development of Newtonian mechanics from the 17th century, Bernoulli's law and the basic equations of fluid motion and the Euler Lagrange conditions for fluid movement without rotation from the 18th century, viscous fluid equations derived from the 1.9th century and, aerodynamic and boundary layer theory from the 20th century, people have a deeper understanding on fluid flow and heat transferFLUENT is a world leading software in computational fluid dynamics. It provides a flexible network Gert, which users can easily use the structured grid and unstructured grid regions to divide various of complexed mesh gridedly. For the two-dimensional problem, it can generate triangular element meshes and quadrilateral element mesh; for the three-dimensional problem, it can provide a grid cell including the tetrahedron, hexahedron, pyramid, wedge-shaped body and hybrid grids. FLUENT also allows users to, unitarily or partly refine and coarsen based on the size, accuracy and efficiency and other factors. For regions with large gradient flow, FLUENT provides adaptive grid feature which allows users to get high accuracy under the flow field solution. In this paper, on the basic of skew bridge at home and abroad, the corners skew bridge flow field theory is studied, and a three-dimensional water vapor two-phase model is established by FLUENT software, while the variation law of the deflection angle of currents flowing under the oblique bridge is also researched. FLUENT is used to stimulated the water flow of bridge crossing under different oblique angles, compression ratio and velocity. The regulation on the deflection angle of currents flowing under the oblique bridge with the change of oblique angle, compression ratio and flow velocity variation was obtained,, which provides a reference to the calculation of oblique bridge aperture and a new method to calculate the washed the bridge bias.
