The accurate evaluation of bridge bearing capacity is an important work to ensure the safe operation of the bridge.In the design of the bridge,the contribution of the auxiliary components to the main beam is often ignored,which will lead to overestimation of the actual bearing capacity of the bridge,thus bringing a very large potential safety hazard to the operation of the bridge.The transverse connection between the main beams of hollow slab bridge is realized through the hinge joint and the pavement layer,and the hinge joint and the pavement layer contribute to the stress of the main beam.In this paper,the hinge joint and pavement layer are considered as a whole,and the influence of hinge joint and pavement layer on the deformation of main beam under load is studied.Then,the calculation method considering the theoretical deformation value of main beam under the joint action of hinge joint and pavement layer is proposed,which has certain theoretical significance and engineering application value.In this paper,based on the hollow slab bridge under construction on a highway,two-stage loading tests are carried out in the construction process of the hollow slab bridge,namely,the concentrated force loading test of the prefabricated main beam and the loading test of the whole bridge after the whole pavement pouring.Based on the comparative analysis of the changes of the strain and deflection values of the main beam before and after the hinge joint and pavement pouring,the influence of the joint action of hinge joint and pavement on the deformation of the main beam of the hollow slab is revealed,and two calculation methods of the deformation value of the main beam considering the contribution of the overall pavement are proposed,namely the direct calculation method of the deformation value of the main beam and the calculation method of the deformation value of the main beam considering the effect of the pavement.Based on the real bridge test,the deflection coefficient and the strain coefficient of the two deformation calculation methods are solved by the finite element method.Based on the strain coefficient and the deflection coefficient of the 25 ° skew angle hollow slab bridge,the influence of the skew angle parameters on the deformation and the deflection coefficient is studiedThe results show that the joint of hinge joint and pavement is considered,the stress of main girder is more uniform and the deformation of main girder is smaller than that of main girder without considering the joint of hinge joint and pavement;after considering the joint of hinge joint and pavement,the transverse distribution coefficient of hollow slab bridge can still be calculated by hinge plate method;the strain coefficient in the direct calculation method ofmain girder deformation value The range of deflection coefficient is 0.19-0.39 When the span of the hollow slab bridge is fixed,the strain and deflection coefficients decrease with the increase of the skew angle.When the skew angle of the hollow slab bridge is fixed,the strain and deflection coefficients increase with the span.In the calculation method of the deformation value of the main beam considering the effect of the pavement,the strain coefficients range from 0.35 to 0.63,and the deflection coefficients range from 0.26 to 0.66.When the span of the hollow slab bridge is one When the skew angle increases,the strain and deflection coefficients decrease.
