The prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge is widely used. It has been used as one of the most popular type because of its excellent structural performances. But the cantilever construction process of the prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge is relatively complicated, at the same time, the bridge must bear the effects of temperature, humidity, creep and shrinkage and so on. The internal forces at service stage are on the basis of cumulative results of all construction stages, it is also bear the effects of live loads, temperature, humidity, creep and shrinkage, prestress losses and so on. The structure of the zero block is complicated. In the course of constructing and running stages, the stress Distributions of the zero block are complicated, It brings serious safety problem and has been wildly regard by bridge engineers. The following work is carried out on the basis of a real bridge:(1)The Numerical Analysis of construction processes of Tangjiadu Fujiang super-large bridge is carried out, The stress characteristics of the box girder in construction processes are analyzed. A series of parameters extension analysis is carried out with different self weight, different stiffness and different relative humidity in order to study the parameters'effects on the girder stress at construction processes.(2)The main load effects on the Fujiang super-large at service stage are analyzed by the finite element method. The effect degrees of all loads on the bridges is quantitatively analyzed. The anti-crack checking of normal section, the anti-crack checking of oblique section, the bending strength checking of normal section and the bending strength checking of oblique section are performed.(3)Fujiang bridge is taken as an engineering example, and local models are established by means of the finite element software Ansys.
