Piled raft foundation is an important foundation pattern and is widely used in high-rise buildings. The researches concerning the interactive actions between piled raft foundations and soil have been being paid close attention to by both academic and engineering circles. Though a lot of achievements in the field have been obtained in recent years, many problems remain unsolved for their complex nature. Hence, further studies in this field are required.By rooting upon series of previous foreign and domestic studies, this paper puts emphasis on probing into the problem of co-working between piles and superstructure by finite element analysis. The rafts are analyzed by separating into series of rectangle element in associate with plate theory, while the piles are simulated by the 3D 20-nodes element model. The nonlinear elastic Duncan-Chang model is used to simulate soil with 20-nodes finite element being involved. In separate, the superstructure is carried into analysis by taking it into account as space truss system, the stiffness and loading state of which are then condensed upon the rafts to study the co-working between soil and foundation. Based on this, the numerical interactive model is put forward as kind of numerical approach for the superstructure-raft system.By taking the finite element analysis modulus of JCCAD as the basic tool, the settlement characteristics, soil reaction, reactive force distribution, moment distribution and evolution characteristics of the piles-raft foundation are calculated in associate with the influences brought by superstructures being considered. In addition, by taking the stiffness of superstructure into consideration, the influence of column axial forces, bending moment and shear forces of beam are analyzed in this paper. The result could be referenced to by those analogical projects.
