In the construction of high-rise building, research of the superstructure - raft footing - ground co-action is one of the attractive problems in the rock and soil engineering and civil engineering field. Actual building is an integrity system constituted by superstructure, footing and ground, and they are influenced by each other. In the integrity system, they restrained each other by stress and distortion. Therefore, how to develop a practical, effective and reliable theory and numerical analysis method, full understanding the co-action mechanics of superstructure - raft footing - ground, thus modify the conventional design method general used is the topic which needs to solve currently. In this thesis, we firstly discuss the mechanism of co-action, then describe the co-action analysis method from three aspects of superstructure, raft footing and ground model. After this we take a high-rise frame construction residential project as an example, analyzing the co-action and in-co-action of superstructure-raft footing-ground with FEW (finite element method). The calculation results, including bottom column internal force, a certain layer girder internal force, horizontal displacement of superstructure by X and Y wind load, subsidence of raft footing, et al, were contrasted. Analytic results show that the resist bend ability of raft footing is strengthened for the effect of high-rise building rigidity, the internal force of the grinder in the high-rise building is re-distributed, the internal force of brim and corner column increase, but the internal force of middle column decrease, the influence of co-action to internal force of column reduces gradually by the increase of high-rise building layers. According to the conclusions, we can bring forward some further suggestion to building routine design through the contrastive analysis, so as to strengthen the security, economy and applicability of building structure.
