Blast furnace in the metallurgical enterprises occupies an important position,from the early 80s of the 20th century, we china began to build large-scale blast furnace, so far seems in the ascendant. At present,more than 1000m3 blast furnace existing in China is over 150,of which more than 4000m3 blast furnace is over 10,5800m3 blast furnace in ShaGang and 5500m3 blast furnace in JingTang are the greatest blast furnace in china currently,which are under construction.However,the regulations and standard about it has not been introduced yet.Sofar the methods on the blast furnace designingjust based on the experiences mainly and take calculation as a subsidiary role.On the basis of the existing research,this paper gives a detail calculation and analysis with SAP2000 about blast furnace,all the details are as following:(1)An overall analysis on working performance of furnace body frame,furnace top frame,raw gas system and hot air furnace frame under gravity, live and operating loads is given.(2)In order to get a detailed understanding of dynamic characteristics of blast furnace system,we make a calculation of vibration mode and the natural frequency of blast furnace frame system with with SAP2000.(3)Calculating Seismic Action of blast furnace frame system by mode-superposition response spectrum method with SAP2000,then combined it with dead loads,live loads,inspection and repair loads and other loads to determine the influence extent of Seismic Action to blast furnace frame system of 4000 m3 blast furnace in LaiGang,which is under construction. (4)Calculating Seismic Action of blast furnace frame system by dynamic time-historical analysis with SAP2000 through input seismic waves of Qian an,Elcentro,Lan zhou and Tian jin,then we get the displacement,deformation,internal forces and some other Parameters of Seismic Action.
