High strength is the one of the most important development of the ship plate steel. Last century end,the usajapan,Russia and france one after another exploited the steel type which intensity is 900MPa,while china exploited it with 330,390,590,785MPa.And the ship plate steel is the most important metallica in making ship plate.It is necessary for making sure safety sailing and responsibility of the ship,with well tenacity,ductility,intensity, fatigue resistance,and resistance sea-corrosion,and especially welding performance. As a evident defect,substandard impact performance influence all kinds of high strength ship plate's well performances seriously.This topic attempts to find the reason why the high strength ship plate's im pact performance is substandard by analyzing what comes from Han-Steel mediu m plate plant.The interior defect of steels can reduce AK,such as segregation,bub ble,inclusion,flaw,overheated,overburned,banded orientation,widmanstattenstructure a nd uneven distribute,so enhancing intensity and plastic at the same time is one o f the factor to enhance AK. On the basis of the experience of other steel works exploiting and developing high strength ship steel plates,this topic finds the influ ence of impact performance tissues and impact performance from different techno logy peremeter,arounding how to improve the defect in chemicalcomposition,metal lographic structure,inclusion, billet heating system, rolling process, rolling tempera ture, cooling rate,and so on. Based on the above analysis,it puts forward element ary production process optimization scheme.And through targeted analysis of thes e parameters, combined with the actual situation, put forward for Han-Steel medi um plate plant production process and improve the measures to achieve the ulti mate goal of improving the impact porformance, to reduce high-strength ship plat e steel with Nb defects,enhances direct economic benefit of enterprises improve productivity and indirect social benefits.
