With the development of modern shipbuilding technology and the requirement of ship owners,a large number of high strength and high toughness hull structural steel is used in ship and sea engineering projects.High strength steel before welding preheating to prevent cold crack,shipyard mostly adopt traditional ceramic welding preheating for preheating plate of high strength steel,high energy consumption of the heat conduction mode,low efficiency,complicated process,and the preheating effect is poor,which seriously affected the shipbuilding schedule,increase the cost of enterprise operation.Under this background,the paper studies the method of electromagnetic induction heating technology for high strength steel welding.Electromagnetic induction heating equipment to subvert the heat conduction mode,using electromagnetic induction technology to power by induction potential mode of transmission to preheat the output module,and output module by preheating the induction potential input to high strength steel,the internal heat generated to achieve the effect of preheating.This paper mainly from the three aspects of the electromagnetic induction heating test,the numerical simulation of electromagnetic induction heating,electromagnetic induction heating process optimization.(1)According to the basic principle and characteristics of electromagnetic induction heating,a set of electromagnetic induction heating equipment for welding high strength steel is designed,which includes electromagnetic induction heating power supply and electromagnetic induction heating module.The electromagnetic induction heating coil is an important part of the electromagnetic induction heating module,a preliminary design of electromagnetic induction heating coil and heating test,the temperature distribution of high strength steel CCS,this equipment to carry out the inspection report audit,further proved the practicability and security of it.(2)The paper presents a analysis of electromagnetic induction heating electromagnetic field and temperature field finite element numerical study and numerical simulation of electromagnetic induction heating ANSYS according to its mathematical model and finite element method,the experimental basis before the creation of Gao Qianggang and the same coil model,the numerical simulation of heating parameters and heating in the same environment,the comparison and analysis of simulation the results and the test results verify the reliability of numerical simulation.(3)This paper put forward optimization schemes of electromagnetic induction heating technology,designed the coils of different shapes,were simulated by ANSYS,compare the effect of a coil is the best,then by changing the parameters of the electromagnetic induction heating of heating speed and uniformity optimization.According to the optimization results,the heating experiment was carried out with the same method,the test results and the simulation results were compared and analyzed,and the correctness of the simulation and the optimization of the simulation were verified.
