Rebound Method which own simply operation is the main method of concrete compressive strength test. This method is widely used, but there are also inadequacies during the test. No consider the influence of Subjective uncertainty for the inference methods, without considering subjective uncertainty of inference. Based on the above shortcomings in the following:(1) Discusses the influence of subjective uncertainty which is objective existence in the concrete material strength tests. Subjective uncertainty includes measurement uncertainty and space uncertainty.(2) Through the practical engineering investigation and statistical analysis of reinforced concrete structures, determine the statistical characteristics of space uncertainty, as of the strength of concrete materials in statistical inference considering spatial uncertainty laid a foundation.(3) Using the reliability theory established the strength of concrete inference method which considered subjective uncertainty, including the measurement uncertainty and space uncertainty Considered that the subjective uncertainty on the strength of concrete inference. Analysis results show that the method can be obtained with the general engineering judgment. The achievements of this paper are the supplement and improvement of technical Specification for Inspection of Concrete Compressive Strength by Rebound Method (JGJ/T 23-2001), which can provide reference for later specification amendment, and the basic idea of this paper is also applicable to study other nondestructive testing technologies and evaluation method.
