In recent years,the infrastructure construction of highways,bridges,tunnels,etc.in Shaanxi Province and even the entire northwest region has developed rapidly.The materials testing machine,hydraulic jack,and rebounding instrument are all in the construction of highways,bridges and tunnels.For less engineering measuring instruments,the evaluation data directly affects the quality of the project.In order to further standardize the relevant data of mechanical measurement and detection in our hospital,this study ca rried out research on the methods,steps,verification procedures and uncertainty analysis of the measurement methods for the rebound tester,jack and test machine.Material testing machine,the specific mechanical and process performance of m etal and non-metal materials,such as metal and non-metal materials tested in various conditions and environments,and the precision test instrument for verifying the dynamic unbalance of rotating parts.The jack is a measuring instrument that operates according to Pascal's law.It can be widely applied to the lifting and testing work related to transportation and engineering in bridges and docks,and has an irreplaceable influence on the subsequent inspection of engineering construction.Concrete rebound hammer is a rebounder that is relatively used in the current construction and transportation construction industry.The rebound value can effectively judge the specific compressive strength parameters of the relevant measured objects,and the impact of the rebound value is huge.Therefore,this paper selects these three instruments and equipments,and at the same time carries out the evaluation of the uncertainty of the indication error in calibration.The selected three instruments meet the requirements of their respective verification procedures.Relying on the design of the experimental program,we will start to construct the mathematical model in the system,study the source of uncertainty,and carry out the matching class A or class B assessment,and refer to each component to judge the specific uncertainty.The final process of the relevant report is finally obtained.In addition,relying on subsequent experimental and theoretical analysis work,to confirm the easy to enter the confusion of the definition of the measurement,effectively deal with the corresponding problems in the measurement verification process,etc.;finally the measurement verification and measurement calibration done Comparison,because the concept of verification is only unique in China,and the calibration certificate is also available in other countries because of the multi-party mutual recognition agreement.It is internationally recognized,and the uncertainty of the relevant data will only be assessed in the calibration certificate.At the same time,it is precisely because of the uncertainty of measurement results in calibration that it can make the application of data more flexible and accurate.Therefore,the results of this paper can be of practical guiding significance for the uncertainty assessment of the Mechanical Metrology and Testing Center of the Institute of Metrology,Shaanxi Province,and it can help the research on the uncertainty of force measurement.
