Research And Practice Of Urban Parks Planning In Small And Middle-sized Cities

Increase in the number of small and middle-sized cities made the development of Chinese urbanization. In livable cities, urban parks is very important. With them, these cities look like full of vitality and more harmonious. The presence of urban parks contributes to the quality of life for citizen.Using the planning of Beishan Park in Xiji county as example, the article discussed something about the planning and design of urban parks in small and middle-sized cities. The author emphasized the importance of preserving the natural environment in the planning and design of urban park, and elaborated how offer suitable and healthy outdoor venues to public for leisure and recreation. Furthermore, she proposed to adjust measures to local conditions, for the public and of the public. By considering the general problems in the planning, the author want find out the solution.
