The Study Of Urban Public Open Space System Planning Based On The Green Infrastructure

With the accelerated process of urbanization,ecological problems such as land expansion,flood and waterlogging,environmental pollution,and the sudden reduction of biodiversity have appeared in the city,which in turn led to the decline in quality,uneven distribution and lack of vitality in the public open space of the city.Green infrastructure(GI)has gradually become an enforceable and multi-scale ecological means.The proposal of urban green infrastructure planning can bridge the problems of public open space system planning under certain conditions and solve the problems of urban public open space at the same time,and the combined planning of two systems is also the trend of the coordinated development of the humanities and ecology under the background of eco-city.Starting from the basic research of urban public open space and urban GI,the two are compared and analyzed.On the basis of the feasibility study of urban GI planning assisting urban public open space planning,the urban public open space system planning research framework based on GI is systematically constructed by the method of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis.Therefore,it is also an applied research containing theory,method and case.The main results are as follows:(1)At the macro level,starting from the defect of urban public open space planning method and urban ecological problem,the urban GI planning is introduced,and the urban public open space planning combined with the GI planning is studied from the 'master control planning' and 'land renewal planning'.In the part of urban master control planning,the elements and structures of the two are compared and studied from the urban scale to form a variety of combination development relations,then the urban public open space quantitative control standard based on GI is put forward.In the part of land renewal planning,taking the Nanjing Central District as an example,after the evaluation and classification of the urban public open space system and GI network,the quantitative planning method of urban public open space combined with GI planning is expounded.(2)At the middle level,according to the limitations and ecological problems of the traditional planning and updating methods of community public open space,the research directions and planning methods of community public open space based on biodiversity,flood management and various social functions from GI are put forward.After comparative studying the planning elements and structure of community public open space and GI network based on three functions,the keys to the combination of the two in community scale are summed up:to realize and optimize the GI connectivity,networking and accessibility layout under the base of public open space planning.Then the quantitative studies of the combination of the two are carried out according to the three key points.Finally,taking Nanjing Xin Jiekou Street as examples,the renewal planning methods of public open space based on GI functions at community scale are expounded systematically and separately.(3)At the micro level,starting from the design defects of the public open space on the site scale under ecology angle of view,the research directions of the public open space combined with GI are constructed:the design study of public open spaces based on GI function of biodiversity,rainwater management,various social services,promoting green traffic and ecological restoration.Then the combination types,design points and development methods between public open space and GI with different functions are collated and classified,and the design method of public open space combined with GI functions are systematically discussed.(4)The integrations of urban public open space system under the influence of GI,from the aspects of different specialties,scales,levels,functions,forms,periods,participators,policies and interests,discuss and exemplify the ways of constellation between the spatial elements and the spatial elements and the system,and improve the study of urban public open space system planning based on the GI.In short,the research approaches such as interdisciplinary study,case study,comparative method,vertical superposition method,horizontal development analysis,field observation and interview,and quantitative research related to urban spatial analysis and ecology are used to study the combination of urban public open space planning system and GI network system,with solving the problems of 'combining planning and design methods between urban public open space and GI','optimizing the existing urban public open space with GI' and'integration of urban public open space system under multiple meanings'.Finally the theory of urban public open space planning under the influence of GI is constructed,and taking Nanjing as an example,the planning method of combining them is proved,which have important theoretical and practical significance to solve multiple ecological problems and spatial problems in cities.
