At present with a lot of old existing houses long-time used,they were affected by a lot of factors which were the change of their service conditions and eroding of the surroundings and so on, the capability and the function of the structures would degenerate. So in order to prevent collapse of structure and the safety of people's life and property, study on reliability evaluation and lifetime prediction of building has the important significance to provide scientific basis for strategy of repair and reinforcement of structureBased on the previous research results, thorough research is done on reliability models,life prediction and scheme optimization of maintenance and reinforcement about concrete structure. The research step of thesis includes:(1)Concrete reliability's background significance and research situation is introduced at home and abroad.(2)Based on previous reliability models of existing structure,extension and interval is introduced. The analytic hierarchy process approach was usual to assessment of engineering structure,but it could not reflect the uncertain and fuzziness of the index. By fuzzy comprehensive judgement method, various factors which impact comprehensive evaluation on reinforced concrete structure are systematized and clear. By introducing extension interval and constructing fuzzy uniform judgment matrix,it gets weight interval of factors indexes in different layers,then obtains evaluation results by multilevel fuzzy processing.In the end,the grade of engineering structure comprehensive evaluation is determined by the maximal subjection grade.In this paper, the office building of ma an shan steel company is evaluated.The result proves that introducing extension interval makes assessment of engineering structure more reasonable and more practical.(3)This thesis analyses the deterioration model of structure, establishs linear and curve deterioration model (the deterioration rate of structure changes with time). Residual life prediction of the office building of ma an shan steel company is done under several maintenance programs.The result proves that linear and curve deterioration model is more reliable and closer.(4)This thesis establishs double control criterions considering reliability and economic factors, optimal residual life is obtained by several maintenance programs.
