With the rapid growth of the global economy, the energy crisis becomes serious, energy and environmental issues has become the urgent need to solve for human survival and development. To develop the usetechnology of energy security, energy efficiency and new energy has become the subject of concern to countries around the world. As a new energy, wind power has become the hot spot for social studies. This paper based on the no-load grid-connection control strategies of AC exeited VSCF wind Power geneartion, through building related software and hardware platform, and carried out a comprehensive,in-depth study from theory to practice and from simulation to test. The paper first analyzed the operating principle of Doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG) and the basic control strategy for rotor side of generator, and then deduced its mathematical model, coordinate transformation, etc. Second,by using space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM),the paper carried out a detailed theoretical analysis and mathematical description on field-oriented vector control method and gave its verification through simulation experiment of Matlab/Simulink. At last, by building the simulation platform of wind power which used DC motor for simulation of wind turbine, designed the network control systems and related main circuit which based on TMS320F2812. And then, under CCS environment, finished the software design of no-load grid-connection strategy by programming of C\C++.Experimental results show that, the stator side made a steady voltage when the speed was changing as the role of control strategies, it reached the basic condition for no-load grid-conection and achieved grid-connection successfully.
