| In resent years,low-rise cold-formed thin-wall steel framing dwelling spring up in our country.The cold-formed steel framing wall,made of cold-formed steel framing,outer wallboard and inner wallboard connected by self-drilling screws,is the major load bearing member in the low-rise cold-formed thin-wall steel framing dwelling.Therefore,it is meaningful to study the shear performance of cold-formed thin-wall steel framing walls for constituting related codes and accelerating popularization and application of low-rise cold-formed thin-wall steel framing dwelling systems in our country.Based on consulting a large number of documents.detailed results on the shear resistance of cold-formed steel stud composed thin-wall inlow-rise residential structure by simplified calculation of shear resistance are presented in this paper.Because of many influencing factors,the theoretical calculation of the shear performance of the cold-formed steel framing wall is very difficult. In the world,the shear performance of the cold-formed steel framing walls is studied mostly by test,which is uneconomical and disadvantageous for practical design and constituting codes.For recent research status,the analysis and study of cold-formed steel framing walls on the influencing factors of shear performance,the calculation of lateral stiffness and deformation checking,the calculation of the maximum shear resistance,determination of the design value of shear resistance are carriedout by theoretical formula derivation,finite element numerical analysis in this paper.The capacity of shear behavior of cold-formed steel stud composite wall to resist horizontal load is analyzed in this paper.Based on the analysis of shear behavior of self-tapping screws on the composite wall,the relationship between single self-tapping screw'shear resistance and composite wall's shear resistance is set up by two methods:the global analysis method and the simplify analysis of shear flow.will be calculated and experimental results are compared and analyzed.The results can be used for practical engineering design. The cold-formed steel stud composed wall'sheathings are simplified as an axis tension staff could calculate the composed wall'deformation.Consulting the method of calculation for wood structure composed wall,the paper deduces the axis tension and compression staff's equivalent stiffness, and then calculates the deformation of Cold-formed steel stud composed wall under the horizontal force.The compare between the results calculated by formula and finite element analysis results that both of them are close to each other.Analysising on mode of bearing load about the cold-formed steel stud composed wall, through analysis of the conceptual design, selection and structure of the system structure of the arrangement, the light-gauge steel frame residential design principles, design methods, as well as a summary of China's light-gauge steel frame residential development facing the problem Analysis of its prospects for development. |
