Gearbox is the heart of many heavy trucks and other motocars, the characteristic of a heavy truck is directly depend on how its gearbox works. And the gear is the most important factor in gearbox.With the rapid development characteristic, the load capacity of heavy trucks become larger and larger, it raise a higher requirement to gears in the gearbox and the assemblage of those gear. In practice, gears of heavy trucks often breakdown because of over-load. In a overload test on one type gearbox , some crack appears on gear teeth , even this gear teeth break off totallyIt is a very serious situation when heavy trucks working , if this thing take place , it often bring safety problem.Base on the date of this experiments , most crack and tooth break due to assembling error. Among many factors , the gap error and the parallelism of gear's spindle are the most important factors. When used in practical production, those two data often come from experience, and when put it into academic research , the contact stress is calculated t in ideal condition, even only provide a algorithms. hardly put actual factor in consideration, so it is very important to take actual factors into account in stress analysis .in this paper, a pro/e module is created in gear meshing analyse , both static and dynamic analysis are used in wrong meshing gear's stress analysis , the relation between gear backlash error and contact stress and the relation between parallelism of spindle and contact stress are find out through analysis. In the specific calculation, software ANSYS and PRO/E can share one model, so the model that created by PRO/E can easily be delivered to ANSYS, During static analysis, the calculation and analysis main use ANSYS finite element analysis. During kinetic analysis, the calculation and analysis main use ANSYS LS-DYNA module, after analyze the result of the two simulation,a variation of tolerance of gear's gap and spindle's parallelism, so this simulation and analysis have great meaning in actual gear's assemblage.
