Low fuel consumption and emission are the common objectives of automotive engine. With the increasingly improved structural performance of diesel engine, the performance of the electronic-controlled system has become an important factor affecting the performance of diesel engines. High pressure common rail electronic-controlled fuel injection technology become the important trend of diesel engine with the advantages of enhance power, economy and emission. China's technology is relatively backward in this area, research and development of high pressure common rail electronic-controlled system has an important practical significance to internal combustion engine technology. In this paper, high pressure common rail electronic-controlled system was integrated researched, the hardware and software components of electronic-controlled system were self-designed, and the preliminary engine test was carried out.For hardware design, microcontrollerμPD70F3239 was chosen as the CPU, electronic-controlled unit(ECU) hardware circuit was designed with modular method, including power module circuit, input signal processing module circuit, output signal driver module circuit, communication module circuit. The methods of anti-interference for hardware circuit was proposed to ensure the reliability of ECU.For software design, the whole development plan of electronic-controlled system was drafted base on RX850 real-time operation system(RTOS), a machine management system was designed, the software system development process was described and electronic-controlled system software was developed. With the RX850 RTOS was introduced to the software development process improved the efficiency of software development, and the maintenance and read/write of software become facilitated.Engine test was carried out to verify the performance of electronic-controlled system, test results shown that the performance of electronic-controlled system is satisfactory.
