As general energy crisis and environment pollution become more and more serious, it is necessary for diesel to be developed with lower pollution, lower fuel consumption and high power per weigh. Furthermore, with the development of microcontroller, the emergence and development of diesel engine electronic control technology become an inevitable trend. High pressure common rail(CR) electronically controlled diesel is one of the three breakthroughs of internal combustion engine industry in the end of the 20th century, it is considered to be one of the most effective and economical means of solving the dual pressure of environmental protection and energy conservation. Research on hardware and software design of ECU for CR is an important issue in advancement and self-exploitation ability of inland motor industry.This thesis presents the research results achieved by the author on the area in hardware and software design for electronic controlled injection system of CR diesel engine. Based on CR system and ECU developed independently, this thesis has accomplished software design on injection control, as well as elementary MAP making and MAP optimization.For hardware design, this thesis analyzes and designs processing circuit of power supply and sensor signal, labors modules ofμPD70F3239, and designs circuit that can realize multi-cylinder fuel injection control. The circuit design has anti-jamming performance and ensures practicality of ECU.For software design, this thesis presents software development environment, with real-time multi-tasking operating system, based on the analysis and distribution of resources ofμPD70F3239, achieves control of multi-cylinder fuel injection and fuel injection pressure and precise pre-injection and main injection by programme. Program design has expansibility and anti-jamming performance.Finally, this thesis designs data structure of MAP, and finishs the MAP making about quantity of fuel injected, common rail pressure, injection pulse-width, injection timing, pre-injection and cooling water compensate. At the same time, the optimization method of MAP is presented, and ECU can match with various engines.
