| The safety of driving a car is a hotspot to people. Braking performance especially the semi-trailer train braking performance is one of the important contents of vehicle driving safety. Because of the configuration, some dangerous conditions is very common to occur for semi-trailer train such as folding, tail-flick, sideslip and to cause serious traffic accidents. The braking performance problem of semi-trailer train is more serious when loading mass is bigger and speed faster. So it is significant to do vehicle braking performance research especially semi-trailer train braking performance with the purpose of guaranteeing vehicle driving safety and to reducing traffic accidents.This paper introduces the present development condition firstly, and analyses the basic theory and the evaluation standard of semi-trailer train braking performance, and establishes the mathematics model of semi-trailer train anti-lock braking system which includes the vehicle dynamic model, the tire model, the PID controller model, the slip ratio model, the brake model and the barometric system model.MATLAB is used to establish a simulation model based on the mathematics model of semi-trailer train anti-lock braking system, and emulates the braking performance on different road surface. The model of semi-trailer train anti-lock braking system can recognize the optimal slide rate. The result of these tests testifies the system model is coincident with the actual condition, and the conclusion of this thesis is that the simulation method is effective to distinguish the property of road surface.The research is valuable to improve braking stability and enhance ride safety of semi-trailer train. The research is also valuable to reduce traffic accident caused by braking stability of semi-trailer train and cut down the lost of people. |
