| It is the important composition of human beings several thousand years civilization history by building channel and dam control flood successfully,useing water resources irrigation and generate electricity.Human beings faced the problem of safety besides benefit to mankind,once failure will face with the destructive disaster.Grouting technique is a strong professional academic branch in geotechnical engineering,applied to solve geotechnical engineering problems have two hundred years development history.In the right bank of Sha Tuo hydropower station,grouting adit's hydrogeology condition complicated and rock breaking,fault,mud-intercalated layer,solution pore developed interaction.Mountain water and surface water will seepage into the grouting adit through joint,crack,fault,solution pore,mud-intercalated layer,especially obvious on rainy day,seriously the mud-intercalated will drop down.Grouting adit is the construction place of curtain grouting,to sure construction can be carried out smoothly and operating worker's life safety,grouting adit must carried out consolidation grouting.This operation can improve rock's physics mechanics character,reduce rock's plastic deformation and uneven settlement,improve rock's compressive strength the whole homogeneity.This paper closely combining the project practice based on consulting lots of domestic and overseas reference,research results as well as grouting theory,do some work as this:(1)A summary of the concept of grouting and the importance of grouting,introduced the development of grouting's history at home and abroad. Analyzed composition and characteristics of slurry material,grouting method and classification,slurry characteristics and so on, emphatically introduced three types of common grouting theory :the compaction grouting theory,permeation grouting theory,split grouting theory.(2)According to the engineering geology and hydrological condition of Sha Tuo hydropower station,studied and determined construction arrangement and construction technology,analyze and research the grouting design and parameter selection(disposal of grouting holes,burr holes washing and water pressure test,grouting procedure,grouting method,grouting equipment and material,grouting pressure,grouting finishing standard,deformation inspection,hole sealing,the treatment on special problems).(3) Analyzed and researched of the water pressure test and grouting date to judge the grouting effect and the reasonable of grouting parameters determed,including grouting unit consumption,frequency curve of unit consumption,the water pressure test before and after grouting.(4)Introduced the method of Monte.Carlo used to grouting numerical simulation in rock fracture and the ADINA Software used to finite element numerical simulation.Numerical simulation is carried out for tunnel excavation and support by using ADINA software.Analysis the displacement parameters on the process of tunnel excavation and support.(5)Aiming at the problems of grouting achievement table organization during the water grouting project,heavy workload and lowly efficient.Proposed use the secondary development tools of Excel VBA language to compile program,use visual window as operating interface,to realize the function of grouting date arrangement and query.Applied to a practical project,the results showed that the function carried out automatically,accurately and efficiently.This paper laid a further development foundation for grouting date organization based on the Excel VBA language,so as to provide scientific reference for other project date organization. |
