With the increasing of the urban population, the urban land is increasingly tense, therefore buildings in cities develop into high-rise buildings, and in order to obtain a large mount of internal large space, the high-rise buildings develop towards the direction of complex shapes and structures, various functions and novel form. At present, when small-room high-rise buildings, such as hotels, apartments and houses are designed, the shear wall structure which has the advantages of good integrity, high rigidity and small lateral deformation under the action of horizontal force is favored by many design departments. But the disadvantages and limitations of the shear wall structure is very obvious, the space between shear walls can not be too large, the floor plan layout is Inflexible, and the usage requirements of public buildings can not be satisfied. Furthermore, the self-weight of the structure is often comparatively large. In order to overcome the above disadvantages and try to enlarge the usable range of the shear wall structure, the manufacture method of floor slab should be improved, and the space between shear walls should be increased, to make a the large-room shear wall structure. Skip-floor shear wall structure is a novel structure which is designed just for solving the above problems. The novel structure adopting floor slabs with small span can obtain rooms with larger space and simultaneously reduce the self-weight of the structure.Skip-floor shear wall structure conforms to the development tendency of modern high-rise buildings adequately, and can meet the requirements of people to the constantly increasing building service space, therefore the research to novel structure has important significance and provides a theoretical direction for the future simplified calculation of the structure. Main research works and conclusions are as follows:1. The seismic damage of high-rise building is surveyed, the Research survey on the skip-floor shear wall structure is stated, the research approach on the structural seismic behavior is briefly introduced, and the main research content in this paper is presented.2. The layout plans of two different forms of skip-floor shear wall structures are defined. The analysis models for finite elements of the skip-floor shear wall structures and the traditional shear wall structure are created by adopting large finite element analysis software ANSYS according to the layout plans of the two different skip-floor shear wall structures.3. The dynamic characteristics of the different forms of skip-floor shear wall structures and traditional shear wall structure are calculated by adopting the large finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the different forms of skip-floor shear wall structure and traditional shear wall structure are compared and analyzed.4. The mechanical behaviors and the dynamic responses of the two different forms of skip-floor shear wall structures and traditional shear wall structure of frequent earthquake action are calculated by adopting the large finite element analysis software ANSYS. The mechanical behaviors and the stress distribution rules of the three structures of frequent earthquake action are compared and analyzed according to the results calculated by the large finite element analysis software ANSYS, to provide reference for the structural design.
