With excellent function,concrete filled steel tube arch bridges is winning much attention nowadays.The confirmation and execution of reasonable finished dead state are the main targets in the process of designing and building concrete filled steel tube arch bridges.Based on the case of Wuxi River Bridge,this thesis will analyze the development of concrete filled steel tube arch bridges,construction control methods,construction control theory of computation,the confirmation and execution of reasonable finished dead state.This thesis aims at:(1)Explaining in detail the development history of concrete filled steel tube arch bridges and the advantages of concrete filled steel tube.The significance of controlling construction of concrete filled steel tube arch bridges and the problems of such bridges will also be explored.(2)Summarizing the construction control methods and theory of computation of concrete filled steel tube arch bridges.This thesis also analyzes the theory of computation of concrete filled steel tube arch bridges and the simulation methods of concrete filled steel tube,choosing the right ones for future analysis.(3)Discussing the reasonable finished dead state of concrete filled steel tube arch bridges.Through touching upon the reasonable linear state and internal force,this thesis will summarize the choice of reasonable arch axis of concrete filled steel tube arch bridges.In addition,predicted arch degree and the different distribution methods of predicted arch degree in building concrete filled steel tube arch bridges will also be analyzed and the later compared.Moreover,this thesis will elaborate on the confirmation methods of the reasonable finished dead state of concrete filled steel tube arch bridges,and the drop-frame method.All the result will be tested based on the case of Wuxi River Bridge.(4)Targeting at exploring the execution of reasonable finished dead state based on the case of Wuxi River Bridge.Starting with the arch-aided hoisting of Wuxi River Bridge,this thesis will study the confirmation of cable force,hoisting linear and control measure of arch-aided hoisting,making sure that they meet the standards of reasonable arching.In the following part,the influence of temperature and cable tower on arch-aided hoisting will be analyzed,and thus some control measures will be proposed in this regard.In this thesis,the process of removing cables and grouting concrete will be analyzed,the changes of arch-aided lineal change and cable power change will also be taken into consideration.Also,the thesis will talk about the influence of concrete grouting on the symmetric arch-aided linear in upper reaches and lower reaches.Based on the above analysis,construction control measures for building columns on arch will be taken according to the pre-arranged height and predicted displacement.
