The development of the green ecological building, which is an important direction of the architectural developmental strategy in our country, which is also a construction committee's urban construction goal of Wuhan. In the green ecological building aspect, it is a good breakthrough point that the steel structure factory and the promoted application and the industrial production of the housing system, which has the important meaning for developing the ecological environmental protection construction of Wuhan.It is the important link of the construction of the environmental protected construction structure that how to guarantee and appraise the steel structure factory and the housing construction quality. Particularly, the construction quality of the steel structure point is an essential part, which related the security of the total steel structure system. This paper takes the acceptance of the state code as the instruction, which considered the differentiation of the construction level and lots of the steel structure system which as well as the request of the actual function of the concrete area of Wuhan. The wide clauses of the code are concreted, which guides the acceptance of construction quality of steel structures and the detection and assessment of the safety performance. In order to understand the construction place, quantity, the scale and the structure type of monolayer factory of Wuhan and count the typical steel structure beam-column point bolting method and quantity, this topic-based group surveyed two engineering projects, takes the monolayer industry factory of steel structure as the object of study, uses semi-rigid theory and the finite element software, has conducted the research to the acceptance plan of construction quality of the beam-column point high-strength bolt of monolayer industrial factory of steel structure, mainly studied the content to be as follows:1, this paper introduces the characteristic and the application of the typical single-layer industry, portal frame, elaborates the damage form and the reason of the portal frame in wind-caused disaster and the snow disaster, and analyzes the influence of the damage mechanism of the total structure for construction quality of beam-column point of portal frame. 2, this paper elaborates the characteristic, the simulation and the computation of the semi-rigid connections, using the semi-rigid theory, plots the moment-rotation curve of the beam-column point of actual structure, carries on the contrastive analysis between the numerical calculus result and the ANSYS finite element analysis result, by which the four parameter exponential model formula has been simplified.3, this paper analyzes the semi-rigid end-plate for the stable influence of portal frame, mainly studies the high strength bolts, which are super and less, to portal frame critical load and the distortion influence.4, based on the above theoretical calculation and analysis, this paper proposes a reasonable effective acceptance plan for the inspection of the high strength bolt joints of acceptance of construction quality of steel structures.
