In practical engineering, the connection of node in steel structure is between at totally rigid and ideal articulated. Node, especially which use the end-plate connections is typical semi-rigid connection. But so far, due to a lack of theoretical and practical experience, we design the steel nodes of end-plate connections in accordance with the completely rigid nodes. The tests showed that this design method is different from the truth, and it is bad for the structure in earthquake. On the semi-rigid connection of the steel structure node, some researchers have carried out a lot of research work and have some achievements at home and abroad, which have been written in the specification.With more and more steel structure engineering appearing, high strength bolts are also increasingly applied to the project, the connection of high strength bolts has some Advantage:good ductility, less consumption figure, moderate stiffness, easy to install and easy of application. So it is widely used in engineering, Especially in the nodes of steel structure. And it is a popular topic for scholars. Checking high-strength bolts uses a random method. The unqualified bolts may be missed in acceptance of construction. Even if in accordance with the specifications in the construction, high strength bolts’super-tighten less-tighten and leak-tighten is difficult to avoid. Super-tighten enables high-strength bolts to delay fracturing, less-tighten make the friction not match the design value between the drop cap and steel plate which caused the lack of shear capacity and leak tighten will greatly reduce the bearing capacity Whether super-tighten, less-tighten or leak-tighten will pose a security risk to the node as well as the overall structure.This paper takes the three kinds of construction error in consideration on the basis of previous research to carry out the dynamic characteristics of the semi-rigid beam-column joints in industrial factory end-plate connections. It mainly includes the following:In accordance with the actual engineering and related code, the paper give a design of typical semi-rigid beam-column joints in end-plate connections. For lack of diagonal stiffener, there is not enough shear capacity in node domain, so the node domain web in the model is appropriate to be thickened according to the design of steel structures.ANSYS software is used in model nodes, for the same direction, to come to the moment-rotation relationship of semi-rigid joint. The result is in contrast to related tests and relevant literature to ensure the correctness of the model. This paper analyze the impact on typical position in initial stiffness, side, panels, high-strength bolts, node domain, and contact element stress and strain and deformation, which taken by super-tighten less-tighten and leak-tighten.On the basis of finite element calculation, the article puts forward a new method of extraction node corner, which is simple and easy to operate, and has clear geometry relationship. It can draw the accurate data.Cyclic loading is added to the model. The author analyzes the node hysteretic performance, limited rotation capacity, ultimate bearing capacity, the deformation of the node and board, ductility coefficient, skeleton curves, intensity and stiffness degradation index in normal conditions.The same index is also come up in super-tighten, less-tighten and leak-tighten conditions, and they have been longitudinal compared.Analysis showed that, super-tighten and less-tighten of node are not important in flexural strength, but they have great effect on limited rotation capacity. Lead-tighten carries huge weight in the bending moment and limited rotation capacity.
