Mechanical noise in marine vessels not only influence the comfort evaluation for passenger but also influence the normal operation of mechanical equipment.Floating raft as an efficient isolating system has received extensive attention from all over the world. Magnetic floating raft isolation system adds maglev active vibration isolator to the traditional floating raft system. The maglev active vibration isolator can adjust its rigidity and damping according to different external incentives under the action of control system to inhibit high frequency vibration and low frequency vibration.This paper focuses on the feature of maglev raft vibration signals.Firstly the study of floating raft system and mechanical vibration at home and abroad is introduced and the purpose and meaning of subject is pointed out. Based on the laboratory's magnetic floating raft isolation system a test system for data acquisition, storage and dynamic display has been built. The test system includes hardware circuits and software programs based on LabVIEW platform.The designing details of each module will be discussed in the article.Secondly adopting experiment to analyze the transmission of magnetic floating raft isolation system on the basis of theories. Due to bad working condition,test system and other actors floating raft vibration signals suffer from severe noise,noise filtering is an essential step in vibration analysis. This paper respectively studies impulse noise and random noise filtering method and achieve anticipated results by improving Signal Processing Method. Noise-reducing effect is tested by a practical floating raft isolation system.Then the non-stationary vibratory source of magnetic floating raft isolation system is analyzed in time and frequency domain. In the first section, it has comparative analyzed various time-frequency methods.Next the process of wavelet time frequency distribution technique is highlighted. Above information provides scientific evidence for resolving non-stationary vibratory source of magnetic floating raft isolation system control problem.In the end it gives a summary of what has been discussed in this paper and discusses developing objection of this subject in the future.
