Marine diesel engine's vibration has been affecting the safe and reliable operation of the main problems related machinery,but also affect the comfort of the ship staff,affecting the concealment of the ships and fighting capacity,so the ship structural vibration problem has always been one of the focus in the study of engineering.Floating raft isolation system as a new and effective damping noise reduction device,has been widely used in all kinds of ship power plant.In order to be able to effectively inhibit mechanical vibration energy transfer to the hull of the ship structure under vibration excitation produced by noise and radiation noise greatly reduced,and the impact to come from the bottom of the hull has good isolation effect.Paper first vibration isolation system of single-layer,double-layer vibration isolation system and analyzed the characteristics of floating raft isolation system,and through the ADAMS simulation software,establish a geometric model of the floating raft isolation system are simulated,using the vibration level gap between evaluation index analysis of the floating raft isolation system under different flexible foundation,the vibration isolation effect of the simulation results show that the floating raft isolation system of the vibration isolation effect is to increase with increase of foundation stiffness,and at high frequencies of flexible foundation has important effects on the vibration isolation effect.Then in the fourth ZhangJianLi dynamic model of floating raft isolation system,the installation position of vibration isolator are studied,the floating raft isolation system on the lower vibration isolator arrangement of the different location has a great influence on the vibration isolation effect of floating raft system.Studies have shown that the lower decorate around when the effect of the shock isolation system is better,on both sides of the layout after vibration effect is better.Finally main parameters by numerical example and experiment analysis of the floating raft vibration isolation performance of floating raft isolation system,the influence of the conclusion is: the design principle,basis and the stiffness of raft frame,the better,the greater the quality among the bigger the better;The raft frame increase damping can improve the noise reduction capability of system;Appropriate increase the damping vibration isolator,reduce vibration isolator stiffness,and reduce the lower rigidity of components elastic,can ensure that the static deformation is greater than the upper,lower to achieve the best effect of vibration isolation.
