Foresees accurately in the cement parent metal joins the textile fiber, may overcome its tensile strength to be low, nature crisp big and so on shortcomings. The textile fiber becomes one kind evenly in the cement base material interior three dimensional randomly to the distributed network system, distributes in the entire system, prevents the shrinkage fracture the production and the expansion, enhances the material the overall performance. The basalt textile fiber is by the natural basalt ore the textile fiber which through high temperature fusing, the wiredrawing becomes, has the tensile strength high, the elasticity coefficient to be big, the chemical stability is good, has merits and so on natural compatibility with the cement base material. Joins the cement parent metal the basalt textile fiber to foresee accurately may obviously enhance the material the early time mechanical properties.Based on plentiful tests and theoretical analysis, the research of mechanical properties, pavement design of plain concrete (PC), BFRC and Layered Hybrid Fiber Reinforced Concrete (LHFRC) are studied. The research work and main important results are as follows:1. The effect of the basalt fibers on the physical and mechanical properties of cementitious materials is studied. Results show that the flexural strength and compressive strength of cementitious materials have been improved, with an increasement of 1.6% and 6.0% respectively compared with those of base content when fibers content is about 1.2%. It is also studied on the effect of silica fume and water reducer on physical properties of the basalt fiber reinforced cementitious materials. The results show that silica fume can improve the compactness of the material to compensate the increase of porosity. With the same W/B (water/binder ratio), some additional water reducer can increase the fluidity and improve the flexural strength.2. In order to value author has designed effect of impregnated basalt fibers, the test to weigh the influence of different fibres. Experimental conclusion shows that the impregnated basalt fibers can introducing hydrophilic reactive functional group into fibre and increasing the degree of coarseness of fibre's surface.more effectively than unmodified basalt fibre.3. The compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength of the concrete are studied by different volume of impregnated basalt fiber (0.5%). It holds that with the dosage increase of impregnated basalt fiber, The compressive strength is improved by 8.8% in three day,14.34% in seven days,11.9% in twenty eight days. The flexural strength is improved by 4.0% in seven day,4.8% in fourteen days,11.9% in twenty eight days The strength especially the early strength of concrete enhanced clearly.
