The applications and developments of elevator energy conservation technology can improve the electrical energy consumption notably, and has a great significance in energy conservation. At present, the vertical elevator generally uses the way of inputing energy resistance, so as to consume renewable energy in special condition, and then avoids the damage of the energy to other devices. Although this approach addresses the adverse effects of renewable energy, but the resistance heating aggravates the working environment of the elevator, and the configuration of the air conditioning system also brings the secondary energy consumption. This paper analyzes the renewable energy of the elevator and feedback technology. The main contents are as follow:First, it analyzes the special states of the elevator produceing renewable energy. Through studying the different uses of this ennegy at home and broad, this paper takes a measure which feedbacks the renewable energy into the grid, in order to realize the purpose of energy conservation. The method is based on power conversion technology, so this article focuses on invertor used in energy feedback in grid and it's waveform e modulating technology.Second, through the using patterns of renewable energy, this paper draw the design program of the renewable energy grid-connected of elevator system, and make out the specific distinction between functional modules. Combining the functions of each module to be realized, it also determines the specific circuit design in this article.On basis of the system design, the authors analyze the inverter module and grid-connected system with mathematical models respectively, and establish a corresponding system model. With the comparative analysis of different grid-connected system that use the different forms of filter, this paper finally choose the grid pattern with LCL filter, and then do further analysis and tuning to LCL filter design parameters.Third, this paper also analyzes the control strategies of the system, and do some rearch about the stability of the system in different current feedback. Then it carrys out the double-loop feedback strategy which the inner loop feed back capacitance and electric slide, and the outer loop feed back output current, and then do some analysis and tuning about this strategy.Finally, with the matlab software, this paper does some system simulation experiments on the feedback grid-connected system design and its'control strategies. Result from simulation experiments, the systerm can trace output steadly under the two-loop control system, and the output current harmonics content can meet the grid-connected requirements. The result from the comparative analysis of different grid-connected mode tests shows that, using the grid-connected model of LCL filter, the output current harmonic content is significantly less than other methods.In this paper, the author designs the energy conservation elevator system of renewable energy feedback grid-connected. The circuit design is simple, clear and reliable, the control strategies are also stable and accurate. It can actualize the elevator renewable energy feedback grid-connected of recycling better.
