With the rapid development of the global economy, the world total energy consumptioncontinues to rise, national energy security and the environment for human survival is facing asevere challenge. Selection of abundant clean energy, which is the best way to realize sustainabledevelopment of energy and environment. Solar PV power generation as a renewable greenenergy, which will get rapid development and extensive application in the countries of all overthe world.At first this paper provides an overview the single-phase photovoltaic grid-connectedgeneration system present situation, development trend and significance; Secondly, this paperintroduces the10KW photovoltaic grid-connected system circuit topology and the principle ofwork; Again, to a detailed analysis of DC side and AC ripple current and harmonic interferencegeneration, carries on the theoretical derivation and design a suitable filter; Finally, by using thesimulation software simulation and selecting device and debugging, the design results make thewhole system ripple and THD(Total Harmonic Distortion) to meet the design requirements.The AC side using T filter structure, able to get close to a perfect sine wave and effectivefiltering Harmonic, and satisfy THD network requirements; it analyses the causes of formationfor AC side differential mode interference and common mode interference and the frequencyrange of two kinds of interference, and designs EMI circuit to make its filter out thecorresponding interference. The DC side uses type filter structure, so that the output voltageis more close to the DC; it analyses the causes of formation for DC side differential modeinterference and common mode interference and the frequency range of two kinds of interference,and designs EMI circuit. The above circuit with the Saber software simulation analysis verify theaccuracy of the results.The whole system of drive circuits and control circuits and the sampling circuits areprovided by the auxiliary power supply DC power, the system includes DC and AC design ofauxiliary power supply circuit, relating to design, simulation, device selection and debugging.
