The 21st century, the development of car has entered the electronic information age, and the development of electric vehicles determines the statehood in the world of automobile industry.Now, electric vehicle research has become the focus of the developed industrial countries,how to achieve optimal control of electric vehicles for almost become a hot issue.Firstly, this article describes research background and significance of the electric vehicle, as well as development prospects, and proposed. Then, introduce data analysis techniques and the contents of this paper it is development of experimental data analysis system aimed at four-wheel drive electric vehicle in the labSecondly, according to the system's functional requirements determine the system's overall program, and the system is divided into three modules:experimental data entry and display module, the experimental data analysis module, the controller parameter tuning and simulation module. The system determined the development platform using VC++, data processing to achieve using MATLAB, and give full play to the mixed with VC++and MATLAB powerful advantage.In the experimental data entry and display module, according to the above four-wheel drive electric vehicle control theory, described the four-wheel drive electric vehicle data analysis system in the VC++programming environment steps including implements of serial communication using the CSerialPortEx serial class, the building of data using Access, the display of the four-wheel drive electric vehicle history data using ODBC, dynamic display of speed using MSChart.In the the experimental data analysis module, according to electric car structure-mechanical transmission devices and the motor drive shaft associated with the output shaft kinematics and the main reduction gear reducer and transmission gear box or other mechanical devices, to analyze the dynamic equation of electric vehicles,and then details of the four-wheel drive electric vehicle analysis and evaluation of modular design methods and steps, as well as the mixed application between VC++ with MATLAB.In the controller parameter tuning and simulation module module, based on FOLPD model and data gathered using least squares fitting model, and it is concluded that the system transfer function approach. Then using the PID controller box wrote by Xue Dingyu to searched the ways of the four-wheel drive electric vehicle, and find the different control parameters, and gives the simulation curve, then details of the controller simulation and parameter tuning module design steps of data analysis and design methods.
