Under the improving vehicle fuel economy and reduce the cost of automobile production background, light-weight design has more and more domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers in all highly valued. By car body structure stiffness analysis, can guide the car design engineers to optimize the structure of the body. Now cars are generally all-bearing body structure, the structure can meet the steering stability, manufacturing technology and light-weight body design requirements in a large part. Frameless body bearing a car in the course of almost all the load, which includes bending, torsion and collision loads, etc.. In the joint action of these loads, the stiffness of car body becomes extremely important. If the lack of car body stiffness, the deformation of car body will be relatively larger in daily use, especially in columns, door frames, window frames and other key parts, which may lead to poor vehicle sealing, door locks deformation and trim off, or even cause the door not open, Crush the glass window frame and so on; this will directly affect the reliability of cars safety, NVH performance,fuel economy and other key performance indicators. The white car body structure of the static stiffness of the field of computing has been valued by domestic and foreign automobiles industry.For car body stiffness and deformation analysis and calculation, on the car body structure to optimize the design, its main purpose is the body stiffness and deformation in ensuring reasonable under the premise of the body structure optimization.
