Research On Cold State Test And Operation Control To QinHuangDao Plant CFBB

Many utility-type CFBB units have been in business operation in China and abroad. But in China it is still lack of operators who are experienced and skillful for CFFB. So it is difficult to operate the CFBB safely and successfully. In this paper, 1025t/h CFBB of Qinhuangdao Power Plant is selected as the object. From the point of CFBB principle, the critical process on cold state test and the way of cold state test are studied. And then the key phase during the boil operation process is studied. For the key operation phase, the practical operation way and protective measure to malfunction are proposed. At the end of this paper, the dynamic feature of the CFBB temperature is studied deeply. The guidline on manul control of the CFBB temperature is suggested and the auto-control strategy on bed temperature of 300MW unit mentioned above is designed and improved. And then the experiment on load down by the simulator is carried out. These are meaningful for the CFBB operation safely and the designing control system more reality.
