The paper introduces the method of battery monitoring maintenance and status, and then based on the chemical battery charging and discharging mechanism and the uniformity of the analysis, the paper probes into the implementation of battery, a new method of on-line monitoring. This paper mainly analyzes the online intelligent monitoring device, and the hardware circuit design of component selection and parameters for specific instructions for the whole system, at the same time, the software design makes a detailed analysis of digital filtering technology in the design of the software system of comprehensive application, according to the actual application of battery, design a simulation of the actual operation state battery and the experimental results of experimental data, the comprehensive analysis, the results showed that the various performance indicators achieved the design requirements.
