With the development of the legal metrology, it is more and more significant to detect and calibrate the power quality analyzer. First, the LabVIEW has been used to complete the detection and calibration system, which is made up of computers, data buses and instruments. The software comprises five subsystems, which are harmonic, the unbalance, flicker, sags, and Fourier convert length detection. Then calibration methods of each index have been proposed. The plan of harmonics, unbalance and flicker has been made according to standards; detection parameters of sags have been confirmed based on consumers'requirements, and the plan has been made according to definition, sensitive equipment curve and the origin. Then the calibration uncertainty has been discussed. Last, hurdle effect is adopted to detect spectral analysis length. The author has analyzed the origin of hurdle effect and spectrum leakage, discussed the grouping and window algorithm, suppressed the interference of grouping and window algorithm, and it is proved to be feasible by experiments.
