In this thesis, the sequence of the network reconfiguration for power system black-start restoration is investigated by using goal programming mathematical method. Two main factors of the time duration and units'output restoration ratio are considered. The expected value of the target in the goal programming method is determined by the traditional optimization method. The different weights on different goals are set according to the importance degrees of the goals, the differences of the actual value and the expected value are introduced and the mathematical model of the goal programming is constructed considering different weights of sub-goals and the smallest of difference. The Dijkstra algorithm and the cross PSO algorithm are employed to optimize the process of network reconfiguration and find the restoration sequence with the minimum difference to the expected values. The numerical results on the IEEE 30 bus system verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
