Study On The Methods On Health Diagnosis Of Pumping Station

Presently, There are more than 0.5 million various of fixed irrigation and drainage pumping stations in China including large, medium, and small type. And 335 thousands of them are registered and under standard management. These water pump engineerings and facilities have been playing a very important role in flood, drought and waterlogging prevention, reducing loss of disasters, ensuring the people's lives and property security, protecting rural and urban construction, and solving problems of water for industrial production, urban and rural living water in some areas, improving water environment and so on. They have been providing an important safeguard for China's economic development and social stability as well. However, most of the pumping stations'building and electromechanical equipments have been aging and having serious diseases due to long-term effects of natural and human factors after decades of operation. These problems not only have been threatening upstream and downstream areas of pumping project,but also affecting local economic and social comprehensive progress. Therefore, the method of study regarding health diagnosis of pumping project, which basing on existing theory combined with other advanced methods in relevant field, is very uesfull and has a good practical prospect.Basing on various health diagnosis of domestic and foreign theories and methods, this paper carryed out a more systematic and in-depth research in the basic procedures for health diagnosis of pump station project, Basis and criteria for diagnosis, index system, weighting, diagnosis and so on, which in order to take scientific and reasonable diagnosis for the health status of the pumping station project and provide a reference for Pumping station management unit to carry out safety appraisals. This article mainly includes the following:(1)The article analysis and summarizes the basic procedures for health diagnosis, the criterion of diagnosis, the foundation of diagnosis, the standard of diagnosis of pumping station projects based on suficiant research; According to SL316-2004 "Pumping Station safety assessment requirement",it establishes health diagnosis index system of pumping station project is established.(2) The various weight methods on health diagnosis of pumping station are studied:subjective weighting method which is based on the optimization criteria and integrated weight method which combine weight integration and subjective and objective weighting method are proposed in the paper.(3) The various weight methods on health diagnosis of pumping station are studied in the paper. Grey diagnosis and multidimensional grey diagnosis which basing on center whitenization weight function are brought up.(4) Using multidimensional grey diagnosis to take health diagnosis for Linhong East Station in LianYunGang, which verify the rationality and practicability of the model.
