The Sluice is a kind of low-head hydraulic structure.A large number of sluices were built since the founding of the People's Republic of China, and most of them were constructed from 1950's to 1970's.Limited by the design,construction method and economical conditions at that time,additionally, influenced by some long-term actions such as hydrology,geology, management and maintenance and so on, most of those sluices have various health problems now. Because the health problems of the sluices not only influence the benefit of the projects,but also threaten the safety of the lives and wealth of the downstream people, it has important theoretical meaning and practical value to obtain the level of the health condition and to research the method of diagnosing the healthy condition of the sluices.The thesis focused on the research of sluices.A systematic and thorough study was given on the theory and method of Comprehensive health diagnose of sluice including information acquisition,structure system, power evaluation method and mathematic model of Comprehensive health diagnose by means of the theories and methods of grey theory, fuzzy mathematics and other advanced methods with the corresponding criteria for hydraulic structural element. The main contents are as follows.(1) The methods of obtaining information of comprehensive health diagnose of sluice enginerring are studyed in this thesis. The data processing system on inspecting the compressive strength of concrete by the rebound method is developed.(2) The methods of founding the comprehensive health diagnosis structure system of sluice enginerring are discussed based on the above researches. The rules of studying out the diagnostic index of comprehensive health diagnosis structure system of sulice enginerring are given,and the fourth-class divisional method of healthy grade is ascertained.The diagnostic index system of comprehensive health diagnosis is put forward based on the safety appraisal of sluices.(3) By using the theory of Grey System and founding the conception of healthy value, the problem of comparing difficulties between different diagnosis indexes at the lowest layer brought by the difference measuring method,the scale of value and units of diagnosis indexes of the comprehensive health diagnosis structure system of sluice enginerring is solved,and corresponding analysis programs are developed.(4) Several determination methods of importance relocation between diagnose items are analyzed,and the method of calculating syncretic weight of diagnosis index is used to the comprehensive health diagnosis of sluices by using optimization guideline.(5) The fuzzy composite appraisal identification is used to the comprehensive health diagnosis of sluice enginerring ,and the model of fuzzy comprehensive health diagnosis of sluice enginerring is established.(6)On the basis of the information between investigation of the current project state, safety test and project recheck,and based on the analyses given above,the sluice of Wudingmen'health situation is diagnosed by two different methods.
