In China, the heating system has a large scale, developing fast and high energy consumption. With the continuous development of our economy, China's energy needs more and more nervous, The people's require of heating quality are getting enhanced because of the rising living standards at the same time.Therefore, it has practical significance for thermal comfort to satisfy people's demands, saving energy and reducing environmental pollution by stduying the Control method of heating system and improving the heating efficiency.This article has carried on in-depth the research on central heating system based on the regional boiler, Using comprehensive modeling method which the theory analysis and the experience induced unify to establish the time domain models of the network heating system.Firstly, the heating system has been divided into coal-fired boiler system,heat pipe system and the heating user system and established each subsystem's state space equation model respectively.Then the paper has carried on the suitable simplification to each subsystem model.according to series-parallel connection theory in the modern control system,obtained the entire state space equation model of multiple input multiple output. The paper analyzed the system model's controllability and observability using the linear system's correlation theory. Then used the Matlab7.1 tool to carry on the operation, the model has been finally proved that can definitely control and observe.Then by introducing the linear quadratic optimal control theory, this article carries on the whole control to the entire heating system. Through analysis systems control goal (error and energy consumption is smallest), the quadratic performance index function is determined, then designed an optimal tracking controller. The controller relates the user comfortable request with the energy conservation control, causes the system optimization movement under the guarantee user comfortable premise, thus achieves the energy conservation the goal. Comparing with the ordinary control, the optimal tracking control has low energy consumption and more stable performance by the Matlab7.1 simulating.Heating system itself has a large delay system, in order to better solve the problem of system's time-delay, this paper constructs a temperature prediction model using BP neural network theory to predicting the room's temperature change in early. Based on the jianda-jiaoshouhuayuan heating system, the paper has completed the data sampling and has carried on the training and the forecast simulation to the model, the forecast's effect can satisfied the control request well.Finally, based on jianda-jiaoshouhuayuan heating system as the reference, the optimal controller and the temperature prediction model are applied to the heating system.The article has completely designed its control system that including software and hardware for the direct-connect network heating system which the user can self-adjust.With IPC as the main control device, the paper has written control procedures of DCS control system using Kingview 6.02 software and brought about the multiple pump's control using PLC. The actual movement result showed that the control is stable, and the energy conservation effect is obviously. The results of research also can provide a theoretical basis for Indirect-connected network heating system.
