In this paper,taking an office in Hefei as an example,a set of air source heat pump-radiator low temperature heating system was designed.The continuous operation test of a certain Office installed in this heating system was carried out.The changes of temperature,humidity,black ball temperature and inner surface temperature of the enclosure at 45 ? /40? were systematically investigated.The physical model and mathematical model of the heating room are established by Airpak software.The steady analysis method is used to simulate the heating room of the radiator,and the distribution of air flow in the room and the PMV-PPD index are analyzed.In order to compare the load characteristics and energy consumption of intermittent heating and continuous heating,Design Builder software was used for energy consumption simulation analysis.Through the above study,the following conclusions are drawn: air source heat pump-radiator low temperature heating system is feasible in Hefei area.When the temperature of water supply is set at 45 /40 ?,the initial temperature rise rate of the system can reach 3.85 ?/h,the indoor air temperature can be maintained over 18 ?,the relative humidity is stable at about 33%,and the average vertical temperature difference between indoor 1.7m and 0.1m is below 3? during the initial period of the system operation.The difference between the black ball temperature and the air temperature and the inner surface of the enclosure is within the range of thermal comfort requirements of the building.Airpak simulation results show that the distribution of indoor air flow is reasonable when heating with low temperature radiators.It will not produce blow feeling,the distribution of temperature level is uniform,the active area can reach 18 ~21?,and the values of PMV and PPD meet the standard requirements.The simulation results of energy consumption of Design Builder show that,compared with continuous heating,the price of continuous heating per unit area of heating season is 15.85 yuan,indirect heating price is 8.68,and the electricity saving rate can reach 45.23% when compared with continuous heating at 45?.In this paper,the feasibility and thermal comfort of low temperature heating are analyzed by means of experiment and simulation,in order to provide technical support for the application of air source heat pump heating system in hot summer and cold winter area.
