Analysis Of The Integrated Design Process Of Green Building

Today's social economy has rapidly developed, it makes people improve material life but also human beings pay a heavy price. As human beings exploited extensively nature that we live in, this caused the scarce resources and the deteriorating environment increasingly. In a variety of human activities, the energy that building's construction, use and maintenance consumed play an important proportion of total energy consumption in the society. In China the situation is more serious, as the extensive growth mode is still dominated in our country's architectural industry, it is necessary to develop the green building of low energy consumption and low pollution.China's "Evaluation standard for the green building" makes clear the requirement in the green building, that is, its entire life cycle show energy-saving, environmental protection, comfort etc. therefore, the green building design is more broad and complex than conventional building design. Based on the green building the multilevel and complex target system, its design process requires participation of the multidisciplinary actors. Especially in the initial design stage, the interdisciplinary actor would work together. It is a kind of the effective process model that improve efficiency and effectiveness on complex goals, namely, integrated design process.The article selects the green building integrated design process as the research object, it first discusses related theory of green building. Through the concept of interpretation, and analysis of green building design example, this article summarizes the contents and characteristics of green building, and puts forward an argument that the green building need integrated design process. According to domestic and foreign advanced experience, it expounds objective analysis,construction and design process on integrated design process, and introduces briefly using software in the integrated design process. In the discussion process, it combines the conventional design process model of simple goals. Through analysis and comparison, it finds the limitations of green building design and expounds the advantage of the integrated design process in green building. These will provide reference for our green building actor.
