Research Of The Landscape Design Based On Leadership In Energy And Environmental Design Building Rating System

In today’s world, the impact of the environmental degradation spawned the" green design" upsurge in the different design industry. It had been established the Green Building Rating System and developed earlist, matures, and most representative in the construction industry, which has the close relations to the landscape. Contrasting the Green Building Rating System, Landscape Evaluation System was still blank.It is an important foundation for the sustainable development in landscape industry to establish a comprehensive evaluation system and also an inevitable product for the future development of the mature landscape industry.In recent years, the research and practice of the landscape design and management has shown that the traditional design model can not satisfy the requirements of today’s green development in China. Therefore, it has been needed to establish new model to cope with the development of green design in the landscape industry, which can be able to make green landscape go up a new level and a better standardized development.The study aims to establish a new Set of methods of green landscape design with China’s national conditions based on LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Building Rating System),which used LEED-NC (V2.2) as a reference object and Interpret its provisions require, combined with the "IDP"(Integrated Design Process).The first part introduces standards originated development,assessment and certification process content of LEED and analyses the requirements and the provisions of its technology strategy combined with the "IDP",and then contrast the differences between traditional landscape design process and the new process under the "IDP" design methods in order to summarize a set of overall design process,which including staff organization for managing and standardizing the design process,design processes and methords for Information exchanging. Finally, describes how these modified design processes and implementations are used by an actual case and raises new questions and suggestions.
