Joint is an important force transmission part of concrete frame, but also within the framework of the most complex parts of the force. Because of the design, construction and other reasons, there are many more joints in the framework of a lack of seismic and core area of the node with hoop shortage, we must take effective measures to reinforce its reinforcement, in order to meet the current specifications. The paper produced a total of six T-joint of two sample to conduct low-cyclic loading, combining of experimental research and theoretical analysis, by comparing and analyzing the failure mode, ultimate strength, ultimate deformation and hysteretic energy dissipation capacity, strength degradation, stiffness degradation of reinforcement joints and non-reinforcement joint, conducted on analysis and evaluation of reinforcing effect. In theory, this method achieves reinforcement by increasing the stirrups, can enhance the shear capacity of joints. Analyzed the test results and comparative studied of the various joints of the cracking load, yield load and ultimate load, load-displacement hysteretic curves of beam end, envelope characteristics, ductility and energy dissipation capabilities. By the views of the effect of reinforcement weak joint in the weak beam, reinforcement has a certain effect, the energy principle is reasonable. The results showed that:the performance after reinforcement of framework has a degree of improvement, under the same conditions the reinforced specimens cracking time to be late than not reinforced, the spacing and width of crack is also smaller in some content, Shows that the reinforcement method for improving the performance of framework has played a certain role.Based on these studies and experimental results, full analysis of the impact of various factors in this experiment was to provide experience for future experimental research.
