Prefabricated steel reinforced concrete beam-column joints, just as its name implies, is the steel reinforced concrete structure and modular structure to combine the advantages of these two kinds of structure. Steel reinforced concrete has the advantage of large bearing capacity, stiffness, earthquake and fire prevention performance is good; While fabricated structure reflects the high production efficiency,it is conducive to the sustainable development and other advantages. So the director of the new structure will be famous in the future of world architecture.In this paper, a new mode of connection promote this new type of prefabricated steel reinforced concrete frame structure : first we mature flow process to produce stable bearing capacity type beam-column joints and the prefabricated components.Beam-column joints and the prefabricated components is located in the core region of beam-column joints are connected by 500 mm to 1000 mm. Joint connection methods and construction technology is relatively mature construction means for connection.Steel and steel connection section first adopt the way of the whole welding for welding,then it use high strength bolt and bolt plate in the web of the beam and beam reinforcement again; Inside the steel reinforced concrete structure,pouring process to ensure the mechanical properties can add effective interface agent.The results showed that the fabricated steel reinforced concrete frame node and cast-in-site type steel reinforced concrete frame node failure pattern. And by changing we fabricated steel reinforced concrete beam-column joints where junction surface,built-in steel web plate thickness, the number of connection plate bolt parameters such as bearing capacity of the best changes for the size of the node structure form.Due to the relevant domestic prefabricated steel reinforced concrete beam-column joints have fewer experiments, theoretical research is in the phase of exploration.Based on the finite software ABAQUS simulation is close to fabricated beam-column joints in practical engineering, in order to the mechanical properties through software simulation to explore joint. First design a exactly the same size of steel fabricated steel reinforced concrete and cast-in-site type steel reinforced the middle of concrete beam-column joints node, beam end of the 2 nodes using the same system load form of low reversed cyclic loading, from their stress distribution, failure pattern, hysteresis curves, skeleton curves, ultimate load and other aspects has carriedon the comparative analysis.The results showed that the fabricated steel reinforced concrete frame node and cast-in-site type steel reinforced concrete frame node in such aspects as failure pattern and the hysteresis curve basic consistent. Through the above results, we may safely draw the prefabricated steel reinforced concrete joint bearing capacity of the basic can be equivalent to the whole casting steel reinforced concrete beam-column joints.Not only that, the paper further explores the position of the new beam-column joints and the influence of different parameters for the structure bearing capacity of core area: When the other parameters are fixed, joint position is located in the edge of column respectively 300 mm, 600 mm and 900 mm in three different positions.Beam-column joints core region at 300 mm to 600 mm bearing capacity increase amplitude is larger, 600 mm- 900 mm when the bearing capacity was increased, but a smaller; When the other parameters are fixed, strength of concrete beam-column joints C30, C40, C50 respectively, the core area of the beam-column joints bearing capacity increases gradually.By changing the prefabricated steel reinforced concrete beam-column joints where junction surface, built-in steel web plate thickness, bolt connection plate when the number of these parameters, to explore with the constant change of parameters of the trend of stress on the structure of the joint, thus summarizes the bearing capacity of structure form, the optimal capacity of fabricated steel reinforced concrete structure for the future development to provide certain reference basis.
