With the development of large-span spatial structures,reticulated shell as a very popular form of large-span structures is more and more applicated in the structures,as the same time,the seismic performance of large-span spatial structures are also getting more research and attention.In recent years,as a well seismic-resistant and energy-dissipation element.Buckling Restrained Braces are getting attention by more and more scholars.Although the application of BRBs in large-span spatial structures is still in theoretical research,but new-seismic vibration reduction system arranged with BRBs has good application prospect and engineering significance.Because of reticulated shell's complex formation,people's research on the performance of them is still not enough,Seismic reduction has not been perfect solution,especially for the reticulated shell with large span,seismic effect on them has certain spatiality.The present seismic response analysis methods referred in the Code for Seismic Design of Building are based on the consistent of uniform excitation, it has certain limitations,so the research on performance of reticular dome with large span under multiple support excitation has very important theory and real sense.In this paper,the mainly work is the research on performance of reticular dome with new-Seismic vibration reduction system(arranged with BRBs)under multiple-support and multi-dimensional excitation.The main contents as follows:1,The finite element analysis software ANSYS was applied to establish a Kiewitt-dom system with supporting structure.Static and dynamic analysis are done to presente the best arrangement of BRBs in the system.2,Through the dynamic time interval analysis,The performance of reticular dome with new-Seismic vibration reduction system under uniform excitation is summarized.3,Under multiple-support and multi-dimensional earthquake excitation,the calculation and analysis of the structure are analyzed under different effect factor.The performance of system summarized is compared with these which are analysed under uniform excitation.As a result,Buckling Restrained Braces (BRBs) perform good hysteretic properties and energy dissipation,whether under uniform excitation or under multiple-support and multi-dimensional earthquake excitation.But,under multiple-support and multi-dimensional excitation,the performance of system is noticeably different from that under uniform excitation.Therefore,for designing a large-span spatial structures in seismic area,it would be more correct and more close to the actual value to consider dynamic analysis under multiple-support and multi-dimensional earthquake excitation.
