Ferrite is a class of non-metallic magnetic material Because of their wide bandwidth, small size, light weight and other characteristics have been widely used in radar,television,communications,instrumentation,automation,electronic, countermeasures and other fields. This paper reviewed nickel-zinc ferrite of the present situation and development trend. nickel-zinc ferrite precursor powder coprecipitated were synthesized using sodium jarosite's of Zinc Smelting System as materials, Difficult for the residue of the zinc recovery problem, a direct hot acid leaching Fe, Zn valuable metals in sodium jarosite's slag deal with Difficult for the residue of the zinc recovery problem, analysis the leaching process on the thermodynamic and kinetic, then foreign matter could be removed from purged liquor Received sodium jarosite's slag as raw material to produce nickel-zinc ferrite soft magnetic coprecipitation powder precursor process conditions.By leaching of the thermodynamic and kinetic analysis of sodium jarosite's slag acquire initial acidity was 150g/L, Sulfuric acid leaching process of sodium jarosite slag found liquid-solid reaction model for the shrinking core model. so reaction was not controlled by liquid film difftjsion Leaching rate was controlled by the leaching agent, reaction temperature and reaction time. chemical reaction was the rate controlling step.activity energy E=45.12 kJ/mol. By Single factor experiments. Determine hot acid leaching Determine hot acid leaching sodium jarosite slag optimum conditions., Sulfuric acid concentration of 225 g/L.reaction time to be 2.5 h temperature of 95C. Under optimum conditions, Fe, Zn leaching rate of more than 96%. The results showed that leaching Fe, Zn of sodium jarosite's slag response more thoroughly.The results of analysis on thermodynamics shows that adding iron powder to sulfuric acid leach solution of sodium jarosite slag can make Fe3+ is reduce d to Fe2+. the Ca2+ andMg2+ would be removed from the leaching liquid using NaF. Using NH4HCO3 as precipitation agent. The Precursor coprecipittion powders were prepared by coprecipitation precipitation method. coprecipittion powders was analysed on the morphology, composition, granularity and structure by XRD, SEM and DTA testing instrument. Study of various factors on the precipitation rate. The results show that reaction temperature of 50 C, reaction time to be 50min, all together join feeding time to be 50 min. addition of NH4HCO3 to be theoretical 1.2 times. [Me]=1.5mol/L.
