In order to reduce our country uranium mining and metallurgy production cost,uses our country limited uranium mineral resource fully,must base on our country's uranium resources characteristic and the uranium mining and metallurgy production status,according to depending on the advance in technology,the research development adapts our country uranium mine resources personal status to be low fully,the mineralization point scale is small,has the Chinese characteristic,the advanced uranium mine to pick smelts the new craft,the new technology,and causes it to become our country uranium mining and metallurgy save on investment,to reduce the consumption,the reduced pollution effective measure as soon as possible,was already the uranium mining and metallurgy scientific research urgent matter.Regarding the natural uranium production,our country uses the conventional hydrometallurgy craft,the pile to soak the craft mostly at present,to soak the craft and so on,is relies on the sulfuric acid to take the leaching agent,short for acid process leaching.Our country uranium mine resources are relatively deficient,but great variety,Regarding contains the carbonate,the iron,the aluminum,the calcium,the magnesium,the potassium,the sodium and so on ingredient high uranium ores,uses the sulfuric acid leaching not to be suitable obviously,This not only causes the leaching agent--sulfuric acid consumption quantity to be big,the production cost is high,moreover the leaching solution ionic strength is big,to the leaching solution in the uranium purification concentration,the leaching solution recycle and waste water processing will bring the difficulty.The alkalinity uranium ore's conventional alkaline process leaching is in 70-80?the temperature stirs for 48--96hours,such energy consumption is high,the production cost cannot reduce;The alkaline process soaks the craft,overseas had the widespread application,but our country is also at the experimental study stage at present,even if the experimental study obtains successfully,but suits the uranium mine resources which soaks in the place is also very limited;The alkaline process piled soaks only then the nuclear industry sixth research institute has also conducted the experimental study in our country in the late-1980s,but the technology has not gone through a strategic pass,has not been able to obtain the promoted application.In our country,because the alkalinity uranium ore's leaching craft does not go through a strategic pass,this part of resources have not been able to obtain the full development use.Piles soaks the craft to have invests few,the construction cycle is short,the production cost is low,the leaching tailings pellet is thick,the moisture content is low,the easy pile to set at characteristics and so on processing,receives more and more in our country takes seriously.Uses the alkaline process to pile soaks the craft,says as a result of the ore granularity relative agitation leaching must be much thicker,the reaction medium and resultant's propagation rate is slow,the rise is the control step,will affect the leaching rate will be finally the extraction time and the ore granularity,because perhaps the ore will pile the level to seep creates“the dead angle”non-uniform and so on physical factors,thus has avoided the alkaline process leaching rate of chemical reaction slow insufficiency.The uranium ore alkaline process piles soaks has the selectivity to be good,the leaching agent consumes lowly,the leaching solution ionic strength is low,the production cost low status merit,is alkalinity uranium ore processing processing has the future technology extremely.Detailed and systematic leaching tests were conducted to investigate the influencing factors on Uranium Deposit extracted from the tested ore when using H2SO4,Na2CO3+NaHCO3 and?NH4?2CO3+NH4HCO3 as lixiviants respectively.The uranium deposits are mainly distributed in the coarse and fine grained ores,and acid can leach uranium.But the ore contains more acid components,Large amount of acid consumption,reached 20 g.L-1and The fluid flow is not smooth phenomenon in the process of leaching,so It is unfavorable to heap leaching by acid method.Using alkaline leaching while leaching speed is slow,time-consuming,but can realize the leaching of uranium metal.By strengthening the leaching condition,The leaching pressure leaching and multi-stage cross flow can reach 80%of The leaching rate of uranium.Through the orthogonal experiment we can concluded that the biggest influence factors of uranium ore leaching effect is oxygenant,The second is the leaching temperature,The total concentration of leaching agent with minimal impact,The leaching effect of ammonium salt is better than that of sodium salt.
